Yesterday we happened to get the Borobudur room, the room's AC was very noisy and buzzed very loudly, then we asked the receptionist but they only said sorry, the bathroom was dirty, many of the lights were not working so it was dark, the AC was not very cold and was noisy.

Please, change the room, wash the sheets first at least

The room was covered in moss, smoking was prohibited but the guard's gang were smoking and the smell reached upstairs, there was a lot of dust, it was a bit of a shame, it didn't match the picture.

Not very clean, please check the condition of the bathroom and if the facilities are lacking, please improve them.

Comfortable stay for a week, no disturbance during the rest, only the smell of cigarette smoke from outside, many people like to smoke on the floor. 1. the smoke often enters the room, that's the only thing that makes it uncomfortable, the rest is good for the pocket-friendly price.

The staff is OK and nice guy to wait us until 4 am. But what we don't like was the room unspacebale and the sprei was like old and dirty. The bathroom and water are fine. The Ac was very cool and the location is on the street. The cost was cheap.

The place is nice, close to Malioboro, the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is not noisy with crowds, the atmosphere is calm,

Penginapan standar sih, tapi mendadak ada tambahan biaya karena high season lebaran. Harusnya dari awal info ke customer. Ditelepon pun hotel-nya enggak bisa karena nomor telepon yang ditampilkan salah melulu. Overall not bad lah.

Masih diminta uang lagi karena harga tidak sesuai aplikasi, harga kamar tidak sesuai aplikasi dan kita kesulitan untuk cancel, pihak hotel tidak mengeluarkan kuitansi untuk tambahan.

Sprei nya bau seperti nya ga diganti, badan jadi gatal-gatal.

Harga di aplikasi dan aslinya berbeda, lebih baik sekalian cari hotel yang lain saja yang fasilitasnya juga lebih baik, harga di aplikasi 170an tapi di tempat malah minta tambahan biaya sehingga harga kamar jadi 250rb, entah ini memang dari owner atau oknum ya ngga paham, tapi mending cari hotel lain aja sekalian daripada kecewa.
