Stayed overnight in 3 rooms.. The rooms are cramped.. The bathroom sink is very thin so water easily splashes onto clothes.. The parquet floor is peeling and uncomfortable for the feet.. Lots of insects and geckos.. The pool is dirty and should be equipped with a barrier for toddlers who don't understand.. Don't step on the green part, thought it was synthetic grass on the balcony.. Turns out it's on a plastic fiber roof.. Very dangerous.?!!! The staff is alone after 5 pm.. Want to sleep, the hum of the AC entering the room is a bit loud to the ears.. The price of ordering food is relative but it matches the delicious grilled chicken 👍 #theview is great

The atmosphere is very comfortable, calm with silence to enjoy the universe with a perfect combination of hill and beach views.

there is no notification and clear information and very bad service, bringing children is asked to pay even though there is no information on the application... dirty, narrow and dusty.. the view is blocked by construction in front of the villa...

I've wanted to stay at Telescope for a long time and finally yesterday I was able to try staying there. First impression, I didn't expect the staff to be so caring and friendly, long story short, yesterday we booked through Traveloka and it turned out that the room type was different from the photo displayed (maybe because of an error) finally we chatted the admin and got a very good response 😊. Then on the day our car had a problem in the Kuta area and we tried to chat the admin again to ask if there was a mechanic acquaintance who could help check the location. The response was very fast and offered several options that were very helpful. Oh yeah btw the name of the very friendly receptionist was Sis Li, thank you Sis Li 😊 Our staycation went smoothly even though we were pessimistic about not coming because the problematic car had to travel far and the location was uphill. The room was super nice and worth it for that price, even though it was cloudy we still got a beautiful view of the beach in Lombok. Highly recommend, hopefully there will be another chance to stay at Telescope 🙌

Initially, it was a problem because I brought children, but after it was explained, it was no problem. Very recommended, comfortable, and private.

The villa was clean and quiet. A bit far from anywhere, but the food from the villa's restaurant was tasty. And most of all, they have a stunning view. It was a solitary happy experience after all. Thank you for the friendly welcome, appreciated.

I stayed for one night only in Telescope Villa. It was a wonderful holiday, quite a place, so you can feel relaxed and feel free to start another working day with a new spirit. I recommend this place and hope I can come again next time 😉

Location on the hill, very nice view.

The view is amazing! The staff is very helpful, and they also gave us a high floor with a great view. The room is quite small, but it is still okay for us. Thank you for the experience:).

It was the first time we found a hotel that charged us 200k per kids per night (we have 2 kids) for staying but we could not get the extra bed because the room is too small (never had this before in other hotels, no notification in the apps, they said they cannot inform us because they don't have our phone number, it feels kind of weird to me). Indoor space was too small, we even cannot open our luggage, but the pantry area was quite big, we put our luggage there but bugs, ants and flies could get to our luggage since it's outdoor. We chose to stay here because we thought they have private whirlpool (jacuzzi), turned out our pool can be seen from the main access road to the lobby. All cars, guests and staffs can see to our pool, some cars also parked there. We have no privacy at all. No hot water in the whirlpool and our whirlpool is not functioning. The room was clean and the staffs is friendly. Location is far from the beach, need to rent a car.
