Don't ever book this accommodation, it's really under rated. The price was cheap but I was told to add more. The rooms are also not clean or comfortable at all!

It turns out that the review is the same as several other guests, meaning there is no/no improvement from the hotel management. I happened to book more for car parking only & can arrange check in. 1. When paying, the price is more expensive than booking on traveloka. 2. The room is not clean, there are no clothes hangers. 3. The sheets & blankets are not clean, a bit suspicious they haven't been changed because when I entered the sheets were a bit wrinkled, luckily I always bring blankets & pillowcases. 4. The bathroom door is broken, the closet is patched, there are no clothes hangers. The advantages are cheap price, friendly receptionist, quite close to the activity location. Suggestion: it can be cheap but don't be cheap & if it can be fixed it will definitely be more satisfying & more guests.

Harga dan fasilitas tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi. Saat check-in diminta untuk membayar lagi. Bed sheet kurang bersih, dan saat masuk kamar udara sangat pengap. AC tidak dirawat, sehingga sangat lama untuk mencapai suhu yang dingin.

Sudah payment 2 kamar, aktual sampe lokasi hanya dapat 1 kamar. Dengan alasan saya dapat harga murah. Padahal harga sesuai aplikasi 😂 Akhirnya saya dikasih 2 kamar sesuai pesanan, tapi dengan catatan menambah payment sebesar 180 ribu 😂 Nah, udah dapat kamar tuh, tapi sayang pintu kamar mandinya rusak jadi gabisa ditutup rapat 🥹. Saran, jika memang harga tidak sesuai dimohon untuk owner melakukan update berkala, agar tidak ada dusta diantara kita ☺

Satu jam sebelum check in dichat sama pihak oyo nya katanya bookingannya gabisa diakomodir karena property overbooking, jadilah ibu saya dkk terlunta lunta 🙂🙃.

Ukuran kamar kecil seperti kos-kosan. Selimut bau, seperti tidak dicuci. Entah pemilik atau karyawan recepsionistnya sangat curang sekali, sampai di sana ditarif lagi setengah harga dari harga pemesanan dengan alasan kamarnya berbeda lebih bagus ini itu padahal sama saja ukuran dan fasilitasnya dengan yang lain.

Kamar mandinya agak kurang bersih, pintu wc nya rusak, jadi tidak bisa dikunci. Lemari pakaiannya agak kotor, banyak debu rokok. AC nya dingin. Untuk lokasi dekat dengan Stasiun Malang.
