Good place, nice location. Nothing to complain about. But there is one thing to note: Sometimes someone opens the door, it is unclear whether it is a staff or a guest. The first time it was a staff because I used a card to enter. (I locked the safety so it was fine) The second time it was the same. The room cleaning or room inspection department may not know if there is anyone in the room or not.

Location right in the city center, room is a bit small but clean

One of my WORST hotel experiences - First, the hotel room was extremely hot and the air conditioner did not work. When we checked in, the room was very stuffy and stuffy. When we contacted the management, they adjusted a few things, but they did not work... and in the end, I had to use the fan... it was not much cooler. - Second, the hotel staff did not behave properly as a hotel receptionist (I am talking about the female receptionist with short hair, the male receptionist was quite nice and enthusiastic)... The staff talked too freely, not enthusiastic when I needed help... especially when I went to get my things at the hotel, they did not focus on me but only focused on their phones, pointed at the pile of things inside and told me to get them myself... It was unacceptable... Isn't this the kind of hospitality that the female receptionist can offer to her customers??? - Third, the hotel lacks a lot of necessary equipment such as electric kettle, hair dryer... The floor is extremely dirty, not mopped, just swept, it feels very uncomfortable to walk on. In addition, there is no doormat, but a face towel... and I am quite worried whether they really distinguish between that face towel and the face towel used in the bathroom or not... And it is not an exaggeration to say this last problem... their room walls are moldy!!! In conclusion, I regret spending my money on an experience like this!!!

Trải nghiệm ở khách sạn rất tệ. Điều hoà không hoạt động được, trong khi phòng rất kín, nhân viên phải gửi mình quạt gió để dùng.

Vị trí thuận tiện khách sạn sạch sẽ Phòng mới,nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện

Điểm cộng lớn nhất là vị trí thuận tiện, ngay trung tâm, dễ di chuyển, sát bên một khoảng công viên lớn cũng thoáng đãng và ít xe cộ qua lại. Phòng nhỏ gọn vừa đủ. Điểm trừ là mình trúng phòng máy lạnh bị hư, đã yêu cầu xử lý 3-4 lần nhưng không sửa được & cũng không xử lý nhanh gọn, nguyên buổi tối tụi mình phải ngủ nóng.

Phòng sạch sẽ, lễ tân lịch sự, nhiệt tình. Phòng view nhìn ra hồ điều hoà mát, đẹp. Phòng hơi nhỏ

Tệ , phòng có mùi gián , khăn thì nhàu củ mèm , máy lạnh chảy nước , nội thất xuống trầm trọng , được mỗi sảnh chờ là ổn ( nhìn hình sảnh nên chọn lầm nơi này )

Good, very customer-oriented. When I requested items, the hotel happily let me borrow them. Will recommend to friends.

Beautiful Sao Charm Hotel Saigon, clean rooms, enthusiastic staff, worth staying, if there is a next time, I will visit again

Ngay trung tâm thành phố, gần nhiều quán ăn cafe karaoke và Hồ Điều Hoà. Phòng decor khá đẹp nhưng hầu hết nội thất là đồ cũ.

Right in the city center, close to many karaoke cafes and Dieu Hoa Lake. Room decor is quite nice but most of the furniture is old.

The receptionist was enthusiastic and cute, the location was right in the center. The toilet had a leaky faucet that couldn't be closed tightly. The room was small and pretty. But with the price and room like that, I think it's reasonable.

Coming to check in at late night, the staff is so friendly and enthusiastic to support us for filling lack of items and changing another room. The room that we booked, is same picture on booking and really clean. Thanks so much for hosting and making us feel so comfortable in your place.
