It was a very comfortable two-day stay here, especially since it was clean and smelled great. The interior is unique, featuring tatami mats and a smart TV. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth it, especially given the low price during this long holiday season.

This is an okay place, and yes it's worth it for that price, there is an offer to clean the room or not, and can watch smart tv on YouTube and others, the AC is cold too, the water is also flowing and clean, but unfortunately the blanket and the sheets are a bit dirty, it smells good but for the blanket there are a lot of red hairs stuck to the blanket (not our hair), then the sheets have blood stains + there are like marker ink marks or something, maybe next time the sheets and blankets can be fixed again, and the place is not soundproof, because from inside I can hear people chatting about other activities, even the sound of the TV can be heard, and every time we talk the sound echoes...

The hotel is in a safe location, the staff service is really good! The car park is spacious, laundry is also available. The room is okay, there is a TV, table, wardrobe, and clothes hangers. The AC is cold, the bathroom is okay, it can have hot water. Get towels, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. The only minuses are the pillows that might need to be replaced because they are flat, the sheets have some brownish stains, and the hot water at night is unstable, suddenly cold on its own, need to be repeated and waited for the hot water. But if asked will come back here, YES will come here again. Hopefully the next trip will be fixed minuses.

Room ambience, cleanliness, facilities are really good, only minus is the location of the hotel is far from everywhere, public transportation is very difficult because it is in a complex so you have to take an ojol if you want to go anywhere, the room is not soundproof so people passing by chatting can be heard very noisy, disturbing especially at midnight when I was sleeping, I was really disturbed at 3:40 a couple was joking, laughing, chatting like shouting, I swear it was disturbing so please the hotel pay attention to the tranquility of the area with people like this, it really disturbs other people who are resting, even the stalls and places to eat around are not there, the hotel also does not provide food restaurants, the wifi is always on and off so watching TV is turned off and on, the water is strong but during the day the hot water doesn't work, the AC is really cold, a dispenser is provided in the hallway, for Muslims, just provide your own mukena/prayer mat because the hotel doesn't provide it. Very happy and comfortable staying at Kanaya, the room is not spacious but not cramped either, enough for 2-3 people. Unfortunately the bidet is too loud but it's okay, it can still be controlled

It just so happened that I just wanted to rest here after a day of walking around. Surprisingly, the place is comfortable, clean, and for that price, it's worth it to rest. It seems like if you go to Bandung for a walk, it's suitable to just rest here.
