Room 602: I would like the hotel to improve on cleanliness. There was a lot of dust in the room, the air conditioner wasn't working properly and was covered in dust, and the lights in the hallway on the sixth floor were dim and flickering. I was impressed with the reception staff; they were friendly and provided good service.

The room was clean and I liked it, when I got a birthday surprise from my husband, the hotel staff also helped me.

The atmosphere is nice, clean, and quiet. It's convenient for getting around and close to many restaurants.

Contra : Location lacks restaurants. Mattress is a bit hard. Pros : Clean hotel, spacious parking, cheap rate

No kettle /coffee and hair dryer provided in the room. Have stayed here in the past and these were provided before. Couldn’t make drinks in the room. Bit noisy along the corridor at night. Check in /out were quite fast. Deposit of 500 baht per room. Refundable at check out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I always can hear funny sounds like knocking on the floor and wall, etc., from the next rooms. It disturbed our sleep, especially at night.

The frontliner's staff have a good manner and their English language is good, it's help us who didn't fluent in Thai or Malay language. The hotel is surrounded by restaurant, laundry 24 hours, convenience store. Easy to reach the city center, tourism places, and Hatyai Junction Railway Station just 10 - 15 minutes by ordering Grab Car. May be the minus point is for the smoker guest because they have no choice for "Smoking Room" type. So, if you're smoker you only can smoke in front of the hotel or in car park area. But if you aren't smoker, it would be perfect! 👍
