While we constantly strive to maintain the highest standard of customer satisfaction, regrettably on this occasion, we have fallen short of our key objective.-- Please accept our sincere apologies with regards to the lapse in service standards of our lyf guards (front desk staff). As our lyf guards play an integral role and are a big part of the lyf experience, we take feedback very seriously and any information you provide us with will be very useful in ensuring that the necessary retraining efforts are done accordingly.–As we are an experience-led social living service residence and not a hotel, light housekeeping is done once every 3 days and full housekeeping is done once a week. In between if you need any amenity top-up, you are always welcome to approach our friendly lyf Guards at our Say Hi! counter. The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities.
