Property was clean and modern. Looks like they are renovating some rooms. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay again. Buses outside hotel.

Great location with shops easy to reach as well as the beach. Room was very dated, cracks in the basin, tiles and dirty floor and walls. Two of the reception staff were unfriendly and did not provide any itemised receipt on check out, tried to charge me twice for the booking thankfully I had a receipt to prove I had already paid. Overall not the best experience.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was actually good, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We had two twin beds with low-quality, uncomfortable mattresses and bedding. The room itself was small, noisy, and poorly designed, with no place to hang towels in either the bathroom or the bedroom. The most frustrating part for me was the lack of basic hospitality. Upon arrival, you’re immediately faced with stairs, and not a single staff member offered help with luggage, yet again during check out. That lack of support really set the tone for the stay. Overall, we were disappointed and would not return.

Good location. Walking distance to a few supermarkets. About 2 minutes walk to a really nice beach. On a bus route. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold and opened at 6:00 until 10:00. Be aware the bottled water in the room is not free. Construction meant there were some disruptions. Also, the slow-close doors need to be adjusted to avoid the disruptive slamming that occurs at late and early hours.

Staff was very professional, fast and friendly... place was very clean from entrance halls to rooms.

The hotel stuff was very friendly and amazing (in special Marcela). Very clean, amazing breakfast and the hotel location is great! You can just walk to beach, restaurants e grocery store. I will definitely come back

É um bom hotel, café da manhã tem bastante variedade. O restaurante do hotel oferece pratos muito bons.

Algumas ponderações: não gostei muito do chuveiro, que sai muito pouca água. Na limpeza do quarto poderia se atentar para a troca da roupa de cama, diariamente eu chegava e estava com areia. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. Não posso deixar de pontuar um problema gravíssimo que é a falta de estacionamento, difícil demais achar estacionamento na rua e precisa pagar porque os guardas multam. Um lembrete especial com muita gratidão para Luan, funcionário da noite foi incrivelmente simpático desde à nossa chegada. Impecável atendeu todas as nossas solicitações. Um sorriso melhora o dia de qualquer um e Luan tinha de sobra.
