For a hotel like InterContinental, the amenities in the room are very lacking. Toothpaste and toothbrush feel like they are in a cheap hotel. 5-star hotel standards, zero! Very disappointing. There was no room tissue, I had to go back and forth to the bathroom and there were only a few sheets of bathroom tissue (different from roll tissue, yes). Sorry, the smell of the phone I used seemed to have been wiped with a dirty cloth, smelly, very uncomfortable but I had to use it because the amount of mineral water available was very limited, not to mention ordering a buggy. Please pay attention to the management. The room was nice and spacious, but the cleanliness and amenities for the junior suite were very poor. There was no liquid soap in the sink. There was no iron in the room, had to order housekeeping. Sorry I have to review it in such a way as input because in my opinion the room price does not match the facilities. Thank you.

Lovely stay at Intercon Sanur!

We stayed for four nights. We had to ask for new towels, toilet amenities, and coffee/tea replenishment every day. Water pressure for shower could have been improved. Wardrobe furniture was pretty old. Food for breakfast was good, some were made to order. They could have improved on the waiting time. The good thing about this hotel is the location and spacious room.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. My message, the cleaning service occasionally checks the door wheels, kawung, faucets and others, so that if there is something that is not right, it can be fixed by the technician. Overall everything is okay, I like it. Thank you for your hospitality.

Was here for holiday trip with my family and 1 kid. The room was spacious and big! We love the renewed interior room and the bathroom also has a big space. Love the hotel breakfast with a lot of food variety and the hotel staff was nice and friendly!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The room is spacious, and comes with beautiful balcony. The hotel is situated at strategic location in Sanur. However, when we arrived the check in time was delayed 45 mins, so we had to wait outdoor during very hot weather. On the third night, the water pump did not work properly, so we could not take a bath. We had to call technician to fix the issue. After the technician came, the issue was resolved, but it took almost an hour to fix the problem.
