The pillows smell really bad, when I opened the case it was really dirty, the unit was dirty, the soap was out, there were no towels, it looked like it was done carelessly even though there were guests coming in.

There is no TV broadcast. It's actually nice, but not well maintained. The balcony and view are nice though.

Not recommended, drain is dead end. The AC is not cold enough. Only 1 AC for/2 rooms. Dirty balcony.

Tidak ada pelengkapan mandinya seperti sabun, handuk, selimut di kamar anak juga gak ada, kamar mandinya kurang bersih, tapi fasilitas umumnya seperti kolam renang n tempat gym nya bagus.

Jelek sekali, kalau ada yang mau pesan unit mending cek kamar dulu, belum lagi menunggu masa sampe jam satu malam baru diksih kuncinya, parah komunikasinya.

Sangat baik untuk keluarga. Akan kembali lagi saat liburan.

Kamar yang di sediakan tidak sesuai dengan yang kami pesan, dari ruang keluarga yang harusnya ad sofa tapi tidak ada, balkon yang kotor, kitcen set yang sudah rusak, seprei kamar yang berantakan, kulkas yang tidak dingin, kecewa sih pas pertama sampai.
