Very comfortable place and neat.

The bathroom smells really like a public toilet. Until I want to pee, I feel nauseous because the smell of the bathroom is very smelly, take a quick shower too. It seems that it is rarely cleaned, when guests want to come it just gets cleaned because when they first arrived the bathroom was still wet. The bed linen didn't seem to be replaced because it was really hot and itchy, until I bought another beach cloth for the base. The swimming pool is also very dirty, the intention to stay while swimming but seeing the dirty pool is so reluctant. I don't know what because I'm from Singaraja, given the poor quality of the room. But guests outside Bali are given good rooms because I see the reviews are pretty good so I dare to stay here. It turned out that my experience was very disappointing.

Cool hotel very nice clean.

I went to the hotel at 6.00 PM but there is nobody at the reception and I had to wait for 3 hours until the staff came. Which was very unprofessional. The other day, I extend my stay and made my booking the staff keep asking me If I haven't paid yet then they check their system and my reservation is already made. It's super annoying. On the same day, they forgot to give me a compliment such as water etc, so when I was about to check out, I was asking for the water, and she wanted to check the CCTV because she doubted whether I was lying or not. So unrespectful! I mean I can afford to stay there of course I can just buy two bottles of water. Why should I lie? Please don't stay at this hotel. Never again!
