The location is great, and for the Doloksanggul area, Hotel CHADS is the best. The view is excellent. However, the post-swimming shower area is lacking in maintenance. Breakfast, especially the chicken porridge, is cold. Try it warm or hot, it might be better.

The service and other things were quite good. Additional food variations could be added. Due to the cold weather, the food was heated with a stove. And the swimming pool, if possible, could also be heated.

Although it's about five hours from Medan, arriving at the hotel is worth it. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and the peaceful, serene atmosphere is perfect for healing. The beds and rooms are exceptionally clean.
