While the staff were supportive and polite, I was quite disappointed with the room experience. The pillows and blankets were damp, so I called the reception to request a replacement. However, no one came for almost an hour, and I had to call again. It took another 15 minutes before someone finally came to fix it. Additionally, the resort’s operations felt unprofessional. Even though checkout time is at 12 PM, there were loud repair works happening in the hallway in front of my room around 9–10 AM, making it impossible for us to rest. The noise continued until we checked out.
I hope the resort can improve these issues to ensure a better guest experience.
