Today, I booked a hotel and upon check-in, the water supply was already cut off. The staff didn't inform us beforehand and just let us check in. We had to wait, but received no clear explanation, and I had to book another hotel. The way the staff handled the situation was terrible, and I probably won't be staying here again.

My family had an unhappy experience here. Overall, the room space and toilet were clean, the price was reasonable, but the service of the staff was quite bad. The 2 receptionists asked to keep the customer's ID card or driver's license before renting a motorbike, of course I did not agree, I chose to deposit money, but they still struggled for a long time before offering a deposit option. When I booked the room, I also took note of the room for 3 adults => need 2 motorbikes, but when checking in, the 2 staff said there was only 1 motorbike left, I asked how my family would move, then they supported the motorbike. The worst thing is that you did not provide a safe motorbike for the customer, the motorbike was heavily smoky, the service fee was quite high but did not guarantee the motorbike to ensure the safety of the customer. I have never encountered a case of service as bad as yours. Of course, I do not need to come back to experience your service again. I would like to sincerely suggest that you train your staff carefully.

I booked a room for 2 people through trevaloka and had a terrible experience staying here: The toilet smelled very, very bad, the room in the basement was damp, the floor and the bed sheets were damp, the toilet and bathroom inside were not clean, mold covered the walls and smelled very, very bad. There were no full amenities such as irons and shampoos. The hotel was built a long time ago so it was very old, not like the picture, needed to be changed and renovated. When I opened the door to my room, I was startled when I looked up at the ceiling and saw a black moldy carpet. TOO BAD, NOT DESERVING 1 STAR, WORSE THAN BUDGETS.

It is called the president room but the door is an additional door. The gap in the door is very large and the door is rotten. Next to it is the hotel laundry room, extremely noisy. The soundproofing of the room is very bad so it is even noisier, with both the sound of the legs and the engine. The room is very spacious but the interior is sketchy and old. The toilet is makeshift, the sink is installed right outside the toilet but the water pipes are not allowed to be inside, it looks very shabby. The room only has a view, but it is not an excellent type because it is right in the center of the building. The TV is said to be a smart TV but the wifi is intermittent, if you want to watch Netflix, it is like praying to God, you are lucky to be able to watch.

The staff confirmed and said they would support changing the room but then gave an excuse not to change before booking, I asked for a high floor balcony room, booked according to the staff's advice via fb. When checking in, they were pushed down. The room was noisy, moldy, and looked old. The air was very uncomfortable for sensitive people with sinusitis like me. Very disappointed, will not come back again.

The hotel is haunted. I booked for 4 nights but I left the hotel on the first night. The hotel's bathroom has no door. The hotel is next to the morgue, so scary huhu. You have to bear with it.

Be careful when placing the room. If it is pushed down to the rooms below the basement, it will be very damp.
