Everything was good, but it seems like some of my stuff was accidentally thrown away when the staff cleaned the room.

From the beginning of arrival greeted by super friendly helpful staff, fast check in, informative staff. Spacious, clean, tidy room, ocean view type is the best, can see the sunset. complete and delicious breakfast. the pool is spacious and clean. the kids corner is okay, outside you can play sand also near the beach area. superb 👍👍

I'm so tired of waiting for this check back and forth for confirmation, waiting for an hour and not getting a room. I'm surprised that it's possible, like it would be better to stay at a regular hotel or not.

A 5 star hotel that fits the price. Highly recommended for those who want to go to Lombok, especially Mandalika.

Nice! Just need to improve the service from the staff. Have requested a birthday cake since a few days before but when check in was not available in the room, so the customer needs to reconfirm. But so far, the ambience is amazing!

For comfortable hotel rooms, room cleanliness, clean hotel surroundings, okay. At the time of check in it was a bit complicated because all those staying had to show their ID cards. For breakfast the food was delicious and varied. But unfortunately when ordering lunch and dinner at the restaurant it was really disappointing everything was not delicious, bland not according to the expensive price. Indeed, in the end we were given some pieces of fruit as an apology but it was still disappointing that a hotel like Pullman had bad food. Different from other restaurants in Pullman.

The room was spacious and clean. But the shampoo and conditioner 's bottles are almost empty. I think they didn't check it before giving us the room. We asked for refill but they didn't refill it until the day we were leaving the hotel. They gave welcome drink to guests but only the western guests. They didn't provide welcome drinks to the local guests. Please no racism.
