Perfect stay at this hotel, I cannot fault it and it’s in a useful location. The room was extremely comfortable and clean

Staffs are friendly and willing to help. But, room cleaning happens every other day.

Awesome place

The hotel is in a good location and is pleasant to stay at. Breakfast was not included and didn’t look that inspiring so we bought fruit and croissants at a local supermarket to save money. If you opted not to have your room cleaned every day you got a free drinks voucher which we did. Rooms are a bit small.

My stay was okay, but the hotel felt a little worn overall (carpeting was thin and had holes).

Air con was noisy but worked, bed was comfy and had no issues sleeping. Sink was in the room, with the shower and bath in their own room to the toilet which was odd but fine. Amenities available at reception with plenty to choose from. Two washing machines located on the ground floor, opposite the smoking room which is odd positioning. Daily towels provided with water when room not made up which was all fine. Staff lovely and hotel is in a good spot not too far from the subway with lots of convenience stores a very short walk from the hotel.

Comfortable, spacious rooms and very helpful staff

It was a great experience!! The room was plenty of space, the breakfast was delicious and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed 6 nights. The beds were comfortable. The hotel setting is friendly and quaint. We enjoyed the laundry facilities within the hotel. It isn’t the most convenient location from the Osaka station but if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk, it’s doable. We found the room quite snug. Breakfast options were minimal but enough to get us going in the morning.

Definitely will stay again

The lobby area was so functional. A great place to meet and hang out, with coffee and a bar, breakfast, etc. Staff are gracious and helpful.

The room was good and had everything needed. The staff are all stars and very helpful, they would make you feel very welcomed.

Reception staff are great. Amenities are fantastic (toiletries for instance), you have washing machines, microwave, complimentary tea. And you can choose among 4 options for breakfast. Coffee pretty decent also. Good location to Umeda/Osaka Stations.

Good location, easy stroll to trains/metro. Friendly staff. Was a bit concerned about the lack of daily housekeeping but fresh towels & water delivered every day -so that was all we needed -great idea

Hotel bed frame was dangerous, I smashed my foot against it pretty hard and almost broke my toe. In a small room, having a metal bed frame like that is not a good idea. Hotel was a good 10 minute walk from the subway, but otherwise the staff and food were great. Rooms were clean.
