It’s a business district. Its close to every transportation you need but the options for restaurants arent a lot. The staff is really kind and accommodating. The hotel is really pretty. There’s no noise from outside, I slept really well on their bed too

Hotel was fine. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and it got the job done. The water in the shower was bitter cold, the temperature control on the A/C was bad, the bed was tiny, and the only blanket was a tiny blanket that belonged on a couch. I wouldn’t go back, but for the price and location, it was worth it.

All of the staff at this property were so nice and welcoming. Room was also large and all expectations were met!

Amazing hotel

Friendly and helpful staff and nice, modern rooms. Very clean. As others have said, location is unusual, seemingly the only hotel in otherwise commercial zone focussed on motorbike stores. But you can walk to the metro station in 5 mins (loads of life there) and from there on to the busy kurdikoy area in another 10-15 mins.

The staff was excellent but everything else was terrible

The staff was very nice and helpful but the key card to the room was not working everyday, so they had to fix it everyday again and again - this was very disappointing and tedious for us. As well as this, the light in the bathroom was just flickering and not working properly. The shower was very congested which was also very arduous for us because there were just a few drops coming out of the shower and it took very long to be ready because of that issue.

Nice hotel

Property was clean and the room was clean. Could only find 2 English speaking TV channels. Would have been helpful if staff could have told me of others, but no one could. Generally staff very approachable, but Engish was limited

We liked the hotel in general We didnt like the hidden charges. Had yo pay for my coffee and orange juice at breakfast where nowhere were stated that they were extras and when calling a taxi the charge dont start from the hotel but from the taxi office

Overall, not a bad stay. However, main issues are that the housekeepers came into our room even though “do not disturb” was left on the door. Very unprofessional. Also, there were a few ants in the room- which happens in hotter countries, but still not ideal. And finally, the balcony was a waste of time. It looked straight onto a building and it’s not worthwhile unless you smoke as you’ll never use it. Layout and decor of room was a bit strange/dated and bathroom was very public, with no segregation between main room and bathroom, nor any private screening for toilet. Staff were friendly and location was good for our trip. Overall, not bad, but wouldn’t stay again.

It’s one of my best stays away from home, the best are the staff especially Ezal in the front desk,who helped me out from day one to check out. The staffs in the restaurant are also amazing!

I ve become a repeat customer. Because of you feel like you are at your home when you staying. Staff like friends. Hotel it self brand new and clean. Home made food. Good quality. I definitely recommend to my friends

Kylpyhuoneen katosta tuli yläkerran suihkuvedet läpi, vaihdettiin huonetta ja seuraavassa huoneessa ilmastointi ei toiminut. Selkeästi hometta talossa, johon reagoimme allergisesti. Kuvat antavat todella virheellisen kuvan hotellista. Sijainti epäsiistin kujan varrella, tosin aika lähellä alueen kauppakatuja

Das was angeboten wurde, wird auch eingehalten. Mir wurde beim Check-In sehr geholfen und aufgrund eines kurzfristigen Termins wurde mir die Möglichkeit gegeben, früher einzuchecken. Das fand ich sehr hilfreich. Das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und das Gesamtpaket haben sehr gut gepasst und dementsprechend werde ich mir das Hotel für meine nächste Reise notieren

Maç için gittiğimiz için tercih ettik ve temizlik, konfor vs. açısından 5 yıldızlı oteller ile aynı seviyedeydi diyebilirim. Stadyuma yürüyerek 10-15 dakika mesafede bir otel olması da ayrıca harika bir detay. Tekrar maça gideceğimizde ilk tercihimiz olacaktır.

Kadıköy stada yakin, etrafi sakin ve cok temiz bir mekan, lux otel rahatliginda... daha ekonomik...
