I have been deceived by the agent and Traveloka, I have paid for a hotel room for 2 nights to Traveloka, whereas according to the agent there is no room reservation in my name, Traveloka and the agent are not responsible, the money I have paid is not returned by Traveloka, I hope the agent and Traveloka and their families will receive a painful and terrible punishment from Allah SWT, amen.

It's a bit of a hassle when checking in and checking out because there's no lobby and you have to be dropped off using a makeshift car.

Wifi only funtion 1 day, and bad attitude from the host guest but rather than that all good.

A pleasant experience staying here, the apartment is clean, complete facilities (kitchen, stove, microwave, dining table, washing machine, smart TV 50-50 in the family room). Very comfortable if you go with a large family. Just for information to manage expectations, there is no receptionist there, so the unit we ordered seems to be privately owned and rented out and there are agents who handle it. So my advice for those of you from Indonesia who want to stay there, you can directly call the number registered on Traveloka on check-in day, include the hotel voucher, so that when you arrive at the apartment gate you don't have to wait long to contact the agent. My experience was at the beginning of last July, I only contacted the agent when I arrived at the apartment gate and the agent was a bit difficult to contact, luckily the gate guard helped contact the agent, so I had to wait on the side of the road with the suitcases I was carrying. One more thing, you will be asked for RM 200 as a deposit to replace your lost card.

Stay in the 41st floor skysuites, with incredible views of Kuala Lumpur. Room cleanliness is also very good, and will definitely be the first choice again for visiting KL to stay here 😍😍.

The location is very good, close to Suria KLCC, the price is according to the facilities, we ordered 2 bedrooms and got 3 bedrooms, thank God. To check in, don't forget to contact the hotel first before checking in because there is no reception.

The room is nice, clean and complete, there are 2 rooms and two bathrooms, there is an iron, hair dryer, wifi and washing machine too, but if you want to wash, you have to buy your own soap, there are glasses, plates, pans and spoons too, if you want to cook you can too. At first I thought the room was facing the twin tower, it turned out to be behind the twin tower, but it doesn't matter, from the room you can still see the kl tower, merdeka tower and saloma bridge, basically it's very close to klcc, I kind of regret taking 2 days because I saw people's reviews, some said it was good, some didn't, but it turned out to be comfortable, for the 200rm deposit it was returned in cash at checkout, because when I checked in I also gave a cash deposit. Because this is an apartment, there is no receptionist.

Uang deposit penginapan belum di kembalikan dan pihak penginapan nya kabur, tolong untuk yang mau booking hati-hati dan cari penginapan lain ajaa.

Apartemen cukup nyaman dan bersih, namun manajemen apartemen kurang baik. Pihak manajemen harus berbenah, karena agen-agen apartemen yang diperkerjakan nakal-nakal. Ini adalah apartemen yang melarang short stay, alias rnb, jadi bagi kita tamu yang menginap ketika sampai, tidak bisa langsung masuk apartemen. Security meminta kita menghubungi agen yang ada di app, setelah agen dateng baru agen kasi kunci dan kita bisa masuk apartemen, juga harus deposit 200 RM. Ketika cek out, agen yang meminta kunci sempat menghilang dan membawa kabur uang 200 RM saya, untung ada driver lokal yang membantu mencari agen yang bernama Pav * tersebut dan uang saya bisa kembali. Harap hati-hati kalau mau sewa apartemen ini.

I stay at tower B / blok B at 41 floor, it has a nice view twin towers building. In front apartment 7 eleven and starbucks. Walking around 5 minutes to suria klcc (Mall and Signatures Food Court Lv. 2 it has a delicious nasi padang. Petrosains (Education) and Aquaria (Seaworld). 3 minutes walk to mcd ramlee streets.

1. The entire apartment not housekeeping, messy with rubbish, used towels, broken bed and many more. 2. Some ceiling lamp not function: dining area and master room. 3. No towel, I did requested but still not provide. 4. Water flow in toilet too slow. 5. Parking access card broken. 6. TV with no channels and no sound. Please be serious in doing business.

Nice and clean apartment, very close to strategic locations, especially to the twin towers and also close to supermarkets. Very happy to visit, but maybe the technical deposit needs to be confirmed again, especially those who pay cash so they don't wait too long. Thank You.
