Very poor service, I was travelling with foreign colleagues, front desk person Gajanand kept on insisting to show US visa of my colleagues instead of Indian visa, passport etc, clear lack of trained staff, no in room amenities provided unless asked, air conditions doesn’t work properly & breakfast spread has limited options & was in unhygienic condition. Definitely my first & last visit to this property, doesn’t live up to a standard of 3 star hotel.
