Great location and very kind staff

Good location and service is very great!

It is near Hakodate Station, near the tram, and is very convenient for going anywhere.

This is the second time my family has stayed at this hotel, great hotel for the price.

Just across the Hakodate Station and Bus Terminal. Walking distance to Red Brick Warehouse, Hakodate Bay and Hachimanzaka area. If you're not a fan of walking, there's a street car/tram stop near the hotel. The lobby is very modern but the room looks a bit old. However, the room is clean and the amenities are good. The staff were really helpful and friendly too.

Very good location., JR station and tram, nice meal and good servicing.

Very satisfy, the hotel is very near to train station, hakodate morning market and not far from importance location that we would like to go.

Literally across Hakodate station, next to a very delicious Ramen, you should try it if you can eat non-halal. Konbini also nearby. The room size is okay, but the toilet are too tight.

Will stay again. Great Location, room is clean with comfortable bed. Staff are helpful too.

Great room and service, very strategic location! In front of jr hakodate Station, easy access to Airport (take the 96 bus or the Express Airport bus) and also the tram line. Near Hakodate Morning Market, convenience store nearby.

Large room. Breakfast okay. Location is superb.

The washing machine said it already had soap, but after finishing washing the clothes it didn't smell good. As for the dryer, the clothes don't dry, even though I've dried them for 30 minutes twice, but the clothes are still wet, and the dryer doesn't get hot after it 's finished working. The narrow room doesn't match the photo.

Accommodates 3 people, gets a large, very spacious room, 2 regular beds and 3 sets of Japanese style futon mattresses. The accommodation is opposite Hakodate train station, convenient transportation, close to trains and trams. There is a Maxvalu behind the accommodation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, but the rooms smell like cigarettes and the walls are dirty, which is disappointing.

Nice hotel and very convenient location.

Location is strategic and the hotel facility is good. If you arrived at the hotel and it 's not the check in time yet, you can keep your luggage at the reception and take a walk or get your lunch near the hotel area. And the staff is so friendly 😊.

Even though you can get a hotel with an old building but it's clean and comfortable, the hotel is close to the fish market and the station 👍.
