When I check into a hotel, I go with low expectations. I'm only expecting the basics. This hotel was lacking the very basic: hand soap, toilet paper and towels. I was traveling with a 2 year old and it was a nightmare. The curtains were sheer and the windows weren't sealed, making the room extremely noisy and the mosquitoes make their way in. The shower door was lacking a knob. Maybe they have nicer rooms and that's why they gave good ratings, but my experience in this hotel was awful. They have a beautiful art gallery covered in dust. Like it hasn't been cleaned in years. It's a pity because the hotel itself is beautiful but there's zero mantainence and zero respect for its guests. I've never been to a hotel where there was no toilet paper!!!!

This hotel was a great choice In Juazerio. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The pool was relaxing and they were happy to serve food and cocktails. All together a great weekend stay and I’ll come back for sure.

Apartamentos longe da recepção e não tem ninguém pra ajudar a levar as malas pro quarto nem no checkin e nem no checkout. Necessário ir e vir várias vezes pra conseguir levar toda bagagem de quem anda em família com criança.

Quarto subsolo não tem saída de ar, então no banheiro ocorre o surgimento de mofo. Ao abrir o apartamento, só tem cheiro de coisa úmida

Funcionários e café Ok. Limpeza, conservação e quartos deixam a desejar. Quartos sem janelas, sub-solo, banheiro encardido. Ruído dos carros. Na oferta não está claro que o quarto tem uma pequena janela, que na abre, que o quarto é no subsolo. O banheiro tem pequena janela que não abre e não tem exaustor. Isto acaba deixando muita humildade e cheiro de mofo.

Boa estadia, o melhor é o atendimento, acomodação, café da manhã= ok.
