Beaucoup d'humidité dans la chambre. Goutte d'eau partout (à la grandeur)sur cadrage de fenêtres et tapis dans la chambre mouillé assez pour se mouiller les pieds 2 pieds devant la fenêtre. Chambre et salle de bain très sombre. Pour la douche et les soins de préparation comme se maquiller ça ne va pas bien mais parcontre pour dormir c'est très noir donc parfait.

Le petit déjeuner continental doit être amélioré, la suite est bien mais certains petits détails sont manquants peut être c'est lié au fait que c'est un nouvel hôtel.

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the hotel made it very comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated [heated pool and the lounge to relax, the cleanliness, the location near the 15 highway, breakfast, service. There were a couple of minor aspects that could be improved, such as letting the client know that if there is anything else needed like pillows or towels, they can be foound in the bottom drawers in the front end of the bed., but they did not take away from the overall positive experience i had an amazing evening.. I chose your hotel because of its reputation, and I would genuinely love the opportunity to return in the future. If there are ever any loyalty perks, promotions, or return guest offers available, I would be very interested. Thank you again for the hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again. The hotel itself is beautiful overall. However, it seems the room temperature cannot be controlled. The room was so humid that condensation formed on the windows, dripping onto the windowsill and leaving the floor wet along the window. We ended up sleeping in a very damp environment, and it appeared that most guests on our floor experienced the same issue. Additionally, check-in took longer than expected due to a crowded reception area with many people checking in at the same time. The morning breakfast was great!

Clean, modern, and pleasantly quiet, this hotel delivered a comfortable stay from start to finish. The rooms felt fresh and well‑maintained, and the staff were helpful.. Its location is a real bonus—just a short walk to plenty of shopping and great restaurants.

Il y a de la poussiere dans la chambre surtout sur des meubles et tablettes.puis y a rien dans la chambre meme pas une bouteille d'eau.

Room was night and staff was excellent.

Staff were good, did not like the breakfast, only cold breakfast nothing hot, you can only control room temperature 4 degrees, that was a negative. Front desk had to set it if you wanted room cooler than 20 degrees. For the price, I expected a better breakfast and be able to control my own room temperature.

Beautiful hotel! The only small inconvenience was for the cost of the hotel ($$$) they didn’t supply conditioner in the rooms (I have never seen this) and no continental breakfast.
