We had a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Good location and easily accessible to the shopping areas.

The hotel room is very spacious, not small and the location is close to the tourist area, the hotel staff is friendly.

Kamar yang saya pesan tergolong luas, nyaman, bersih, staff juga ramah. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan stasiun Takayama, dan destinasi wisata seperti old town. Sangat puas sekali bisa menginap di sini.

The room was value for money, it near nohi bus terminal, near takayama station, so location just perfect. The room was spacious, big bathtub and wonderful drawer. Unfortunately we just spent one night at this hotel because we have to go to shirakawa go. Next time I hope I can spend longer time at takayama and staying at this hotel again.

Staff were so helpful and kind. Facilities were great and met my needs. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. Thank you Chisun Grand Takayama!
