Nice place, very clean. Friendly staff.

Spacious rooms for my family of 5. Front desk lady and cleaning lady very nice. Tv didn’t work for live tv and phone in room was out so had to walk to front desk if I needed anything like extra towels etc.

Property was nice and quiet and very friendly.

Staid 2 nights with 3 children in a 2 queen and roll out. It was clean, great staff and fee breakfast had good options. Would stay again. Beds could be a little softer but for the price it was great!

The room reeked horribly with the smell of pet urine. There were strawberries 9n the carpet in 4 places. The was a whole tangerine under the bed. The floors and smell were so bad that I doubt that any part of it was clean. When we told the manager she told my wife to "tell the website." My wife has been in management for 20 years. She has made sure to spread the word about our unclean room and rude and unprofessi9nal management.

Great hotel, great service, and beautiful clean facilities.

We stayed at this hotel suite at beginning& end of our trip to orlando. The rooms are huge. The only issue we had is that the tv didnt work in 1 of the 2 rooms we booked. We felt safw& were comforyable. The breakfast wasnt bad. Plenty of choices. Staff was great. Very accomodating& nice. Will be back next time we drive to orlando.

It was a nice hotel but the breakfast was out of a lot of items and was not refilling up fast as there were many families coming down and there was more than an hour left. There was so much garbage by the elevators and in the hallways which really stunk up the place. Parking was well lit. For a very new hotel the beds were not very comfortable and felt like they needed replaced already.

Large room w free movies& plenty of space for my 2 dogs& my family of 5 to be comfortable

Really Enjoy Our Stay

The room was clean, staff were pleasant and friendly

I have no dislikes, the staff there wonderful good people The GM Mrs.Kim was very nice and helpful getting me checked in.

Everything about my stay was good. From the moment you walked in, the decor was just breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good. The only complaint I had was that my tub wasn't fully clean I had stands of black hair hanging from the soad dispenser and at the back of my tub. I had just drove 12 hours from MD totally exhausted so I was not complaining about a few strands of hair. The beds are so soft and comfortable. You don't wanna get up. Then to top it off all of the stores and resturants you could think of was literally one light a way. You can get no better than that. My overall experience was great.

It was my thrid time staying at the hotel. It is very comfortable.

I like the size of the suite it was not too big and not too small. It was very clean and bright not dull and dingy.

Front desk was so helpful

The ladies who were working the front desk were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet and kind, by the time we finally went to a room and checked in they were gone. I have to say I’ve never stayed in a room that was so disgusting. There were dead ants everywhere. All over the walls and by the bed. I have tons of pictures. We pulled out the pull-up couch for my daughter to sleep on because we rented a suite just for this reason. There was food and nuts and fungus all under the couch, there were stains all over the mattress, not to mention ants, crawling all over the top, there were socks and underwear stuffec behind the two queen beds that my husband and I were in. Literally disgusting. The outside of the hotel and the appearance was wonderful but the minute you got to the room all went downhill
