The room and staff are very good. Breakfast was good although not outstanding but for the money reasonable

A super hotel, clean. Very good breakfast. Extremely friendly helpful staff. Liam even fixed my broken walking stick.

The room was immaculate and the shower was great too. Bed was super comfy and I slept like a baby. Food was tasty too and parking was easy. I’ll be staying here again.

Lovely restaurant and good food

We had a lovely waterfront room on the third floor. View was great with floor to ceiling window. Bathroom was tiny but light and modern. Room was clean and comfortable. Not the best pillows. Hotel interior was lovely and spacious, clean and nicely decorated corridors to the rooms. There is a lift.

The property was clean and tidy staff was very friendly but found it very noisy when in room at night with slamming of doors and people chatting in corridor.

Varied buffet breakfast. Lovely welcome at check in - all the staff were so friendly. Beds were comfy- room temperature just right. I had the best sleep.

Friendly helpful Reception staff ..room was small but nice waterfront view, had travelled 4 hours getting in the shower to find shower gel/shampoo and conditioner dispensers completely empty, tried had wash dispenser to find empty. Dinner was nice but the atmosphere was soul-less. Breakfast was intermittent with food being brought from the kitchen in dribs and drabs cold mushrooms and waited on for 20 mins on poached eggs which were inedible (uncooked) The one member of staff said it was a new chef although our second morning was not much better.
