Close to the port if you’re cruising. Beautiful marina view. Restaurant n bar onsite which helps when you’re not familiar with area. Walking distance to city center where lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. We got upgraded to the best room in the house with a huge balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great place!!!

No Electricity in the morning, mess up my day routine and my morning coffee . We have to bring down our luggage by the stairs from 4th floor i think we hurt out shoulders and back by bringing down our luggage by the staircase.

We just stayed one night to break-up the trip home. The hotel was wonderful, with great underground parking and direct access to the seafront. We had a meal there, which I wouldn’t rush back for, but our room was excellent and the facilities were really great.

Lovely hotel, good driving access to all areas around Bordeaux, the site just outside the hotel is still being developed so area will look better, staff were brilliant and could not be anymore helpful

Hotel was not very family friendly

Beautiful, clean, fresh looking hotel. Excellent helpful staff. If in Le Havre or Normandy will definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff was very helpful and friendly towards us as Americans who do not speak French. It was easy to connect to our tour of Normandy from this hotel.

Quality of the room and the view.

Absolutely lovely hotel with one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! The view of the marina from my room was wonderful and I found the room to be very comfortable and spacious with all the amenities one could need. The treats on arrival was a really nice touch as well! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, I loved the proximity to the waterfront and the cruise terminal as I was going on a cruise after my one night stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant food really not good ! It was cold outside ( about 2-3 C) and very windy. It was cold in the room, thermostat only went to 24 C. Good parking at the hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff. Room was big and clean, we stayed only one night but definitely if we return, this hotel will be our first option.

Great hotel and knowledgeable staff.

The staff was outstanding! John at the check in was so thoughtful and made reservations for us at a great seafood restaurant within walking distance. The only issue I had was the temperature in the room only went to 18° and it was too warm to sleep. However, we had lovely young lady at the front desk arrange for a fan that made the 2nd night sleep perfect! I also think the cable weight machine in the fitness centre needs some maintenance. We loved the location and the views!
