Our stay at this hotel was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the front desk staff were wonderful very knowledgeable about the area and extremely helpful. The location was very convenient and accessible to everything, especially the beach and the beautiful lighthouse. They welcomed us with drinks and cookies, and the hotel had everything we needed, including slippers, a hair dryer, an iron, and a refrigerator.We loved this hotel. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate the receptionist Elene who helped to plan 7 days of staying in the hotel and visiting the different places. The hotel location is perfect for direct access to the beach and to the harbour with very good restaurants. The one thing that definitely requires improvement is breakfast and room service food. Food is poor and tasteless.

Really great stay in Chania. Amazing location where you can walk along the water to the Old Town. Clean hotel, spacious room with great amenities and friendly staff. The parking onsite was such a nice feature - best to book in advance of your stay to secure a spot. After a day of adventuring, it was so nice to know we’d have a guaranteed, convenient place to park when we got back to the hotel. Truly only have great things to say about this place after 7 nights there!

The entire staff was delightful and so helpful, with things related to the hotel and general Chania m/Crete questions. Immaculate and well equipped hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet! Great location to the local beach and old town city center area. I had such a great experience staying here.

Incredibly clean and beauiful newly built modern high tech hotel one block from lovely beach and waterfront walkway which can take you to the old town harbor 10 min walk away passing fantastic waterfront restaurants starting 1 block from hotel. Lovely clean pool and bar on main level. Very large breakfast buffet offering and food service staff excellent. Our room was very spacious with a large outdoor deck overlooking the beach and ocean. Be sure to reserve parking spot when you book room as none were available when we checked in for the 3 days we stayed. But we did find parking on side streets. Highly recommend this Chania hotel. So relaxing and quiet compared to the heavily congested tourist area we walked through in old town.
