Super buffet breakfast! Nice clean rooms. Good amenities and onsen

The room is spacious. Location wise, not that far from the train station. Car parking was difficult and complicated. Thankfully, we had some helping hand upon arrival and the staff guided us where to park. We utilized the coin laundry machine and it was unfortunate that we had to wait a long time to get our clothes washed due to the shortage of coin laundry machine. Only 4 machines for the entire hotel. The hotel should supply more if this facility exists, and it takes 2 hours to get our clothes washed and dried.

Great stay at Amanek! Wish I could stay longer 😭 we booked 2 rooms, triple & twin room. Check-in was smooth, the staff really kind & helpful. The facilities also really great. Cool view at rooftop

The infinity pool was amazing. The night view was beautiful.

The rooms, baths, and pool were all great. Check-out was smooth and there was no waiting. It's also close to the station, so it's very accessible.

With free-flow alcohol service for 1,000 yen, many groups of inbound tourists were enjoying themselves in the lobby restaurant.

Good hotel, good location. Recommended hotel when you are in Beppu.

Nice rooms including the bathroom, very strategic location not far from Beppu Station, the staff are mostly young people who are friendly and speak fluent English. Very recommended!
