The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down.

It is important to know before coming here that the hotel is very run down and dirty! The owners are obviously not putting any money into maintaining the pool or furniture but mostly it just wasn't clean! I can overlook old but cleanliness is important! The food is bad, drinks were pretty awful and the service just wasn't there. Order a drink by the pool and sometimes it would take a half hour or more. Very little English spoken if any so good luck calling down to the front desk for anything. We also learned that there is a water treatment facility next door so the sewage smell was more than obnoxious! Would literally make me gag sometimes. The ocean views were spectacular but the water was dirty and saw toilet paper and garbage floating around when we went snorkeling. Ugh 😩 Wouldn't go back.

I absolutely LOVED this place. One of my favourite aspects was the staff. Martine, Mario, SOBRINO and others I have probably forgotten! The manager Juan was also fantastic. They were all so kind and attentive and their work ethic was amazing. I came from Canada just by myself but met other Canadians and my friend from Mexico City visited as well. We all had such an amazing time. I have been to Mexico FIVE times and the service at this place was by far the best. The food and drinks were good and I also loved the beaches and the beautiful scenery. I definitely would go back there!!! Thank you to the wonderful staff!!

Buyer be aware! Originally I booked a 14 night stay here; however, I got ill at the beginning with a cold and was treated terribly by staff, even called offensive names in Spanish, which I can speak. It was impossible to talk to a manager, get assistance or even clean water. All food was down a long, steep ramp which is fine if you are mobile. I was unable to access food or water for 24 hours and ended up checking out 10 days early and staying at another hotel in Santa Cruz where I had been before. The views and beach are amazing but the water is not for swimming. Beach and pool chairs are in poor repair and the towels provided are inadequate especially for the temperature and humidity. Staff generally ignored me in the dining room. Folks with mobility issues or poor health would be unable to navigate this property and even if you could get a shuttle, the pool and bathrooms are accessible only by stairs. I did not get any of my money back despite myself and Expedia trying to contact the property to explain and formally request it.

The beach was beautiful, the room was very nice Food was well below average, no taste, no quality of ingredients. Bartenders unable to make a decent drink. Cheap beer warm and cooled with ice so not a plesent drink at all. Cocktails were basically ice in a blender. It is a long walk from the rooms and into the restaurant/pool area with an uphill challenge on the way back The hotel is advertised as Free WiFi - upon check in reception staff informed the rooms are largely not wifi enabled - we were unable to get a WiFi signal anywhere at the hotel so if you plan/need to do some work, forget about this place They are happy to charge a full price for day 1 even when you arrive at 22:00 and all services are closed but on last day, despite my package return flight for 19:05 we had to check out, brazalete removed and no possibility of food or drink after 11:00 check out I will not come back to this hotel and would not recommend. I have been to far better places for the same price.

Great service, excellent staff, beautiful view. Great for people looking for both, an ecological vacation and a stay on the beach.

El hotel esta calidad 3 estrellas La habitación esta bien Falta limpieza en los pasillos Todo esta forrafo de un plástico gris muy incómodo, los camastros co ese platico se calienta mucho por el sol

Mala atención desde el front desk asta los meseros con eccepcion de Edgar , Pedro y Magno , los managers ausentes no hay control alguno realmente les falta tomar cursos a todos los empleados de como tratar al huésped.
