Just a very nice experience

It was good and clean, fast check in.

Parking was inconvenient and expensive. Coming in from out of town it would have been nice to know about parking before I got there. It is new and some hiccups are expected. I was amazed that there was only one person working overnight. Our TV wouldn't work and we had to wait while he finished checking someone out before he could come up with the USB to fix it. He said he had fixed 35 that night. It is a beautiful hotel and I will stay again. It was within walking distance of so many places. Great location! lolocation!places.tie

Good hotel in a good location in Lincoln, close to the university. Will stay here if I visit Lincoln again.

Was expecting to have everything organized, but I discovered much to my dismay that there were only two moving carts available at this hotel. Additionally, parking was necessary to be had across the street on a very busy intersection. I was not prepared for the large sounds emitting from the street area from people racing and told revving motorcycles up here most of the night. Had I known of these conditions, I would’ve absolutely stayed at a Marriott instead. You need to do better. It is clear to me now why earplugs are sitting on the room counter when you come in.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Workout room kept in good condition - really nice to have free weights. Continental breakfast has large selection. Room lighting better than most hotels with plenty of lamps (and high lamps) (although I do prefer overhead lighting.)

Were in town for a concert at Bourbon theater, which is five blocks from this hotel. Check-in was easy. Room was clean. The only pause I might mention was this hotel is on O street, which can have a good amt of traffic. Didn't bother us, but worth noting. Walkable to lots of restaurants, etc. We'll def stay here again next time we're in town!

Wonderful

This is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at. People drag race and rev their engines up and down the street in front of the hotel all night long. We had two fairly sleep-deprived nights here. The breakfasts were nice, the room was decent, but we'll look for another place to stay if we return to Lincoln in the future.

The rooms with windows on the O street side are very noisy with street traffic. Hard to sleep when sirens wailing every hour
