Clean room, good staff

Easy to access from the highway. Pet friendly with a fee. The rooms were very clean and updated. We had a courtyard facing room which was really nicely set up with firepit, bbq, and nice red adirondack chairs and cute patio lighting. The restaurant had live music, however, we couldn't attend as we were travelling with our dog. The only downfall is the Roku TV in the room which is very hard to navigate or find live sports on. We would definitely stay here again on our travels to Manitoulin Island. It's a nice way to break up the trip when you have to drive around rather than taking the ferry.

Mini golf and teaching our 6 year old grandson billiards was fun he loved the pool, and continental breakfast had everything. We highly recommend staying here.

The hotel itself is quite dated. The room we stayed in had the carpet removed and linoleum on the floors. We had a suite which was basically 2 small rooms with an adjoining bath. There was a heating/cooling unit in the room with the bed. It didn’t work well to heat the other room. We had people above us that were runny around a lot so ask for a room that has no one above you. Continental breakfast didn’t start until 0730 am so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast sine what places to go. The walkways are pretty run down and uneven. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Staff is so nice!

Very clean, friendly stuff, restaurant and cold breakfast. We had a great stay with our toddler girl. Pretty thr receptionist was helpful. The resultant guy I forgot his maw was amazing. Beautiful getaway. My daughter loved making waffle at the breakfast. Can’t wait to go again

Great open space filled with activities, staff was very courteous and helpful, pool table was good and busy, clean rooms the stay was very enjoyable and the food was good.

Staff was great

I got stuck in their driveway because they didn’t plow. Had to pay $130 for a tow to say I would be reimbursed due to me being stuck was their fault. Never received a refund and almost missed a whole day of work. Don’t stay here if you want a great stay. That stay costed me almost double after plow fines

Overall great stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly. Definitely would stay again

Everything was great except the lack of property management. There was freezing rain which accumulated very bad ice which had very little salt put down once. It was extremely dangerous and caused a fall & shoulder injury when i slipped. I had to leave at 5am due to slip and fall, even though check out was not due intil 11 am

Rooms are clean, outdated but nice. The resturant- the apps were delicious The bar- no drink menu, bartender very new didnt know how to make any mix drinks
