It was a nice hotel that had friendly staff working at all times. Was a block away from some good places to get breakfast and the subway station and downtown amenities were all close by.

Very clean hotel and nice front desk staff

I had a great experience here. The staff/management were fantastic! Very cozy with a good location. I would stay at Found again for sure.

The property was close to shopping and dining. It was not far from the Bart station. The lady at the front desk was nice, friendly, and helpful. She was also funny and easy to talk to which I liked.

Nice

I was in town to watch baseball, and I could walk to the park in about 25 minutes. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. My room was on the top floor, and it felt and sounded like it was right under an A/C unit that rumbled enough a couple of times that it woke me up. My room was really clean, with sharp sheets and decent towels. The desk was a bit small but the wifi was robust. I would stay here again for sure.

Found is a bit of a gem. It's 1 block from the Powell Street BART station. It's walking distance to the trolley cars and Chinatown. It's lowkey with a 24/7 coffee machine and laundry. The rooms are efficient - a comfy bed, a desk, a closet, and a bathroom. All of the appointments are good. And if you're in town to enjoy the town and you just need a place to sleep (vs. spend time in), this is your joint! Just remember to bring lotion, as that's the one thing that is not provided!

Very friendly front desk. Convenient for BART and theater. Excellent value for money.

Decent spot for the price but the location was a block away from the Tenderloin so you turn the wrong way and instantly the streets become dirty and not the part of the neighborhood you want to walk through at night.

Overall, everything was great. The location, the room, the kitchen/common area that allowed you to get some groceries and store them in the fridge. I even did a load of laundry, which was great. The only downsides were that things seemed to be broken a lot. The electric blind in my room didn't work, so the staff had to roll it up and jam it in the window so I wasn't sitting in a dark box. The shower water was only scalding hot, which meant that I had to just barely splash water on the important bits so I didn't get burned. And the coffee machine in the kitchen kept breaking. All in all, minor-ish things. The staff responded to things as fast and best they could, but it did diminish my experience. Now -- would I stay there again? Yes. But really, it's about the price. The only place in San Fran that's decent (quality) without costing a million dollars. If there were other options in the same price range, would I go there instead? Yeah, probably. Still worth staying here, though. I'm sure my experience was an anomaly.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hotel kept up and staff was nice. I read some complained about the homeless area but trust me there are WAY worse areas in SF! Always felt safe, great stay!

The property was nice. Not a lot of Amenities in the room. Not even a washcloth. The staff were very nice and the property was clean.

Nice location, easy access to go anywhere in city, clean, courteous staff, only negative thing is they don’t offer breakfast.
