I couldn't check in at the hotel because the reservation wasn't found.

I thought the staff was excellent. I had to stay in the center of town for business but it is a loud part of the city and guests came in at all hours. You could hear them in the middle of the night as the walls are thin. Having said that, it did seem to be the best hotel in the city. The staff allowed us to leave our things early and were always courteous, which was greatly appreciated. The first rooms we were given were really small and it felt almost claustrophobic. So, make sure you book the “suite” which has more space and a window. Having said that, the window will also mean more noise.

El hotel es cómodo, lástima que las habitaciones no cuentan con nevera y el jacuzzi de la terraza no tiene mucha limpieza, sin embargo el hotel es cómodo.

Instalaciones limpias, amabilidad del personal, habitaciones sin ventanas, pero con aire acondicionado.
