From check in to property and area information to the dining experience to check out, the staff was truly engaged, friendly and helpful. Wensley (sp) at the front desk has a warm professional manner. By the time I reached my room, I received a welcome text with helpful information. The room was stylish, well appointed and comfortable (including the bed).
I have a minor critique about my room service experience. I called and ordered breakfast, which was easy and pleasant, and it arrived in less than 15 minutes. The food arrived as ordered, hot and nicely done. My critique is regarding presentation. It was delivered in two boxes in a handled shopping bag. So, like airlines, have the days of an actual in room dining experience (real plates & silverware) gone by the wayside? There were no condiments (salt, pepper, hot sauce, cream, sugar, etc) neatly arranged on a serving tray with a place setting. This does help explain the speed/efficiency and, as noted, the food itself was very good. As a seasoned business traveler, I realize times and service requirements change and that this was likely a reflection of modern traveler preference. As noted this was a minor critique.
All in all, my stay was wonderful and I highly recommend this property.
