The staff was incredibly rude. When we went to check in, it was around 2:45pm, we were asked to wait because the crew was going through shift change and the computers were switching over. No problem. We stepped to the side to a sitting area where we were the only ones waiting. Then people started walking in to check in and at one point the line was to the door. After waiting for around 10 minutes we hadn't been called over to check in, but they were checking in people who came into the hotel after us. I finally stood up and walked over and asked why we weren't getting checked in, the other attendant said that he was working on something, this is the same attendant that told me that he would be right with me. After another 5 mins he finally checked us in, only to be told that our room was not ready yet and it would be approximately 10 min. By this time it was well after 3pm, the hotels designated check in time. I proceed to sit down once again and wait. After about 5 min the attendant come over to me and told me that the room would be ready in 5 min. At that moment I started a stopwatch on my phone. From the time I started the time until the attendant finally told me that our room was ready, it was 28 minutes and 37 seconds. He never told me any information about the hotel, like where the elevators were...what time check out was...etc. Also, a front desk attendant with a nose ring was incredibly rude when I asked hey questions about amenities. Radisson, do better.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and really enjoyed Vienna. The location was very convenient for the underground with a station being located just outside the hotel doors. The one thing that I did find was that the room was very dark and could have done with some more lighting. Other than that, I had a great stay.

Room was so clean and modern, staff were very friendly and location was so useful. Right outside a metro station and 5 minutes from the main centre.

This hotel was a total surprise. It was centrally located and the staff was magnificent. The beds were comfortable and the place was impeccably clean. I would definitely stay here whenever in Vienna. Thank you

The rooms are very small. Fine for an overnight stay.the communal areas are tight and breakfast was good, although very crowded. The roof bar has a good atmosphere although service was very very slow and the food poor. We ordered salmon sashimi which took an hour to arrived served cooked and cold. There were a lot of people complaining. Reception was friendly. House keeping erratic - we had our room cleaned at 6pm just when we had returned after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is on the river - on the wrong side but just 10 mins max walking from St Stephen’s Cathedral and right on the metro. We likes the walk to and from the sites. I wouldn’t stay again because of the size of the rooms and the fact the hotel is under staffed.

Room was noisy, could hear the bar the floor above and a strange loud water trickling noise at night which appeared to be coming from the walls. Hotel had a nice vibe but slew quality impacted by noise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and the rooms clean and the location next to the metro was very convenient in the cold weather but the hotel decor being mostly black was not very pleasing and very dark. The rooms were also very dark.
