Lady that checked me in was rude and not friendly at all. The pool was open put a complete mess. It looked like it hadn’t been clean for quite some time. I don’t like that they close alll the side gates around the property knowing ppl are leaving events late and may be on the far side from the main entrance.

First of all when I got there I had to pay an extra 100.00 for a deposit & when I checked out I only got $30.00 of it back. I called the hotel several times & no one would pick up. I hotel is old & ran down. It totally needs to be remodeled or knocked down.

The property was quiet and secure. There is a lot of maintenance and upgrading of the facilities happening right now. Overall it is a good value.

The hotel is a great location to NRG, parking should come with stay as they provide people not at hotel going to NRG parking and it can be difficult to get parking in the hotel if you don't get there early. Elevator is a bit shady, we use steps. But convenience is key

Filthy room. I’m requesting fraudulent charges by Expedia. We stayed at a different hotel.

Just horrible for the price I paid for two rooms. I understand that it was during Houston Rodeo, but the rooms smelled and beds were un comfortable. It is a very old hotel or just not well taken care of.

Front elevators were broken but no sign was out. $30 per car per night for parking after paying $500 for 2 nights in a dump. Front desk was borderline rude. Housekeeping occupied the entire elevator leaving us to wait for a second. Found that very rude.

The website says that the parking is free but it is not. They charged $30 for parking. They act like it is stated in the website, but it is absolutely not. It is a very old, rundown hotel. The free breakfast that they give you is worse than most Really low rent breakfast at hotels. Just beware.

We found the hotel to be very dated. The hall carpet and room carpet was not appealing and needed to be replaced.

GETTING in and out of Parking lot extremely hard. They were using their lot as parking for the event center/NRG

I didn’t like that my bill was supposed to be $355 and I was charged $214. Not to mention there was no where to park because they were selling cash parking to people to go across the street to the fair.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The parking situation was terrible—we had to pay for parking, yet it seemed like they were charging others without ensuring enough spots for actual guests. It was a constant struggle to find parking, which was extremely frustrating. Additionally, my room was not cleaned for two days, and I had to repeatedly ask for extra towels. The lack of basic housekeeping services made the stay even more frustrating. Overall, I expected much better service, and I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues were addressed.

Best part was that it was across the street from the NRG stadium other than that everything else. Was subpar. Elevators were sketchy, a few lights in the room didn’t work. And had to pay to park ?
