Property was immaculate, excellent amenities and beautiful views - we loved our stay.

Everything was lovely. I understand the difference in culture about tattoos. I’d say the only disappointment was not being able to utilize the spa and pool because of my tattoos. The food at the hotel was amazing and the rooms were some of the best I’ve ever seen.

Friendly staffs, neat and clean rooming, modern, confit facilities good for the tourists. Will come back again.

My stay at Okinawa Prince Hotel was delightful. The attentive and kind staff, stunning ocean views from the rooms, and delicious breakfast made for an unforgettable experience. The external infinity pool was heated and i loved the onsen! Highly recommended for a tranquil beachside getaway.

Very beautiful location and friendly staff

This was my second visit after two years. I made a reservation again because I had such great memories and experiences last time, and once again, I was highly satisfied with the service, facilities, and location. I am already considering visiting again next year.

We loved the hotel as it is modern. The facilities were fabulous for us as we had a young child that loved the pool and breakfast options which had some great Okinawan choices. There is a shopping centre nearby where you are able to dine out or get some groceries.

The safety feature of access to the rooms and the very friendly and helpfulness of the staff!

A beautiful hotel. So pretty view. If I’m coming back to Okinawa, I’m definitely coming back to this hotel. A front desk agent was really helpful. Sorry I don’t recall his name .

Modern hotel with great views and food.

Friendly staff and nice hotel

Hotel is very nice with wonderful spa and pool. However, the front desk staff (especially the senior staff) was rather rude and unfriendly. He didn't even smile during checkin, and nobody helped us take the luggage to the room even though I asked someone to help. Breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices and friendly staff!

Cancelled because they weren’t very welcoming. They didn’t allow tattoos in swimming pool. I literally have a mini globe with a tiny plane on my wrist. Respected that was the case so asked to cancel my reservation so that I could go elsewhere. They said I had to go through Expedia. Expedia told me through them. Turns out I left and won’t be getting a refund at all. They didn’t communicate this until I left the hotel. 1k down. Do not recommend the hotel and don’t recommend Expedia.

The property was beautiful and attention to detail awesome. The only thing there really much in the immediate area to do. The was a large arcade next door if you have kids and a marina across the street. We had bad weather with a typhoon coming so things were kind of shutting down and our outdoor activities cancelled

I was very disappointed. When we arrived, no one helped us unload per luggages from our taxi. We requested the front desk during check in to ask the bell desk to help bring our luggages to our room, however the front desk told us to bring it to per room ourselves. I can't believe such a highly rated hotel had such poor services.

Room condition was so good. and all of the staffs were kind.
