Great hotel in a great location. Short walk to restaurants and lots of great sites to see. All of the staff are wonderful and the concierge team went above and beyond. When we come back to Athens we will stay here again

Poor bathroom design, and waterproofing, we were showering and got a phone calling saying water was leaking to the lobby.... They told us to lower the curtain, the curtain was already lowered, I later checked the tub and noticed gaps in the caulking against the tub... We were also called every hour throughout the night from other rooms thinking we were reception...An alarm went off from outside of our room at 5am the one morning, reception knocks on our door 5 minutes later and asks If were ok, said the alarm was from our room... The alarm did not come from our room,, it was from outside.. Cant shower properly, can't sleep properly. not sure it can get much worse than that. Location is prime, book here if you want to be extremely close to everything and you dont care about sleeping or showering.

Lovely quick stay. Wish I had the time to use the spa facilities. Very nice staff and cute modern hotel near shopping and dining in Athens.

The staff was very nice and cordial. The location is a stones throw from all restaurants and events. Most of the sites is about 20min walk. The staff was very helpful. They even did a taxi arrangement on the day of taxi strike. Very pleasant stay and will stay again if we went to Athens again.

Location, location, location!! We were within a 5 min walk to 10+ bars/restaurants. Easy walk to popular destinations. Room was clean and well appointed. Kind of disappointed in the "balcony view".

The only negative I would say is that there is not an elevator. A lot of stairs. Didn’t bother us but if you have family members that would have difficulty climbing a few flights of stairs, then it would be an issue for you. The room was great. The hotel was great. Great location because you can walk to a lot of places you will probably be visiting while in Athens.

Great location but the bathroom was all glass with a curtain to cover. The curtain was see thru.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Location in central Athens is outstanding. All the staff is extremely friendly and responsive to anything you need. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Front desk manager Kalina was especially helpful when my purse was lost and I needed to contact the tourist police. I couldn't recommend this hotel higher.

Walked in and looked amazing everything was nice and clean and well put together. Fast and easy checkin and check out, had really nice and easy digital keys.

This could easily be excellent vs good. Location is outstanding, hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly and eager to serve. I rated good and not excellent because there is no baggage service before 11 am, and it’s very dangerous to haul luggage down the spiral winding stairs, especially with no rails. If your room is in the Residence, you’re on your own if you have an early departure.

Breakfast personnel were outstanding! Jenny greeted us with a smile and fresh, warm cake every morning!

Newly refurbished hotel in great location in Athens, rooms and bathrooms were nice, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, close to all of Athens major attractions. Close to tube station as well so easy access to the airport and port for our trip to the islands. Recommend staying here we had a great experience.

Amazing location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Our stay was good, great location and housekeeping did a great job each day. Think check around mobility is required as we were on a second floor with only stairs which could cause other guests issues. Also a mirror above the dressing table would be useful for doing hair and make up as full length mirror doesnt have a power point near it.

Had an amazing stay at the The Residence, the staff were more than helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, can’t praise them enough. Location is superb, rich in the heart of Monistiraki and easy walking to all the main attractions. The room was also great, very clean, great facilities and even had a view of the Acropolis! Would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next stay.
