The parking is not owned by the hotel, but is directly adjacent to it with an elevator that comes up to the front door of the hotel. Overall, an excellent experience in a very good area of town close to lots of restaurants I would stay there again.

New and clean, located within 10 min from old town

Convenient hotel to explore around. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, very well equiped. Not many other amenities like coffee, food etc.

Beautiful room. Great shower with ample hot water and strong water pressure. Excellent breakfast. If you initiated an interaction with the staff, they were unfailingly polite and helpful. No one in the breakfast room said bonjour upon arriving or bonne journée when leaving the breakfast room. The front desk staff never looked up to greet me as I entered or left the hotel. Not your typical French hotel in that regard. Outside of that, a perfect stay.

Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms. The only reason we are giving it 4/5 stars is because we needed the laundry which was listed as offered by hotel. However, there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for all hotel guests. The dryer did not operate well at time of our visit.

The hotel was perfect in the centre. Soundproof rooms so a perfect quiet nights sleep. The staff were brilliant as well so helpful and welcoming

Perfect for our visit

I wish I knew in advance that this hotel is used for large group stays. For us it meant that every morning we were struggling to find food at breakfast. The queues to the coffee machine took ages! It was a problem to find a table. Really bad experience relating breakfast. Also the shower gel bottle in the room was never replenished. Otherwise the hotel offers a very comfortable accommodation.

The check in experience for our hotel was not good. There was no where for us to drive up near the front door to drop off our luggage and check in. Instead we had to park in the garage and we were confused where we can leave the car.

Well presented hotel with loads of options for eating out within 2 minutes walk Lots of independent retailers nearby.

Sheraton hotel was nice and quiet with great restaurant. Conveniently located in airport terminal for our flight out the next morning!

Location good. Refrigerator not working at all for 5 night stay. They said they will fix but never did. Also, must park underground garage. Then drag your luggage up same elevator. No way to park & drop off luggage at door. This not a five star hotel.

Great location, property and staff. The breakfast is expensive unless you want a very large breakfast. If you want a true (small) French breakfast you’re better off to look outside the hotel where you’ll find numerous choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely stay. Thanks for a beautiful visit to Tours. Many restaurants near by. Only suggestion would be to supply ice buckets and wine glasses in the room as well as a self serve ice machine (too cool that lovely Loire white wine and sparkling that is bought)

A perfect location with friendly staff, modern amenities and typical American style breakfast. The washer and dryer are slow, but they get the job done, so no complain.

The bed was very uncorfortable.
