The hotel staff was friendly, helpful to my parents because they needed an early check-in, the room was clean and comfortable.

Check-in must be at 1:30 PM, even though many rooms are already empty. This is not flexible.

Delicious, neat, fragrant, not far from the city, close to the station too.

The hotel staff was friendly, the location was close to shopping and culinary centers, and the room amenities were quite complete (glasses provided, drinking water dispensers in the hallway, toiletries, TV and national broadcasts were available). However, the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The lobby area may need to be improved to make it cleaner in the future.

Please improve the bathroom comfort. I got a room with a bathroom that was lacking. Toiletries only included tissue, it should have been stated in the description that only tissue was provided. So I could prepare to bring toiletries from home. The shower hose was leaking, when it was turned on it sprayed everywhere. It wasn't leaking anymore, the hose was torn. The AC was leaking too, so water dripped everywhere. In the morning, the WiFi suddenly stopped working, if you wanted to use a data package you had to leave the room because the room seemed to be blocking the network. Please improve it again, check the facilities in each room regularly to prevent similar things from happening again.

I booked this hotel based on a friend's recommendation. Upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that the room couldn't be locked from the outside, so I was advised not to leave any valuables behind. There are six rooms in each room, with one shared bathroom. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the room was hot, and the sheets were extremely dirty. I highly recommend not staying here. In the end, I didn't stay and left the hotel immediately.

It's quite pocket-friendly, with rooms that are not cramped and quite comfortable.

The room wasn't very clean. The motorcycle parking lot didn't have a shade, so it was hot and rainy.

The hotel seems to be in its post-glory period. 1. The hotel environment is not very clean now. 2. The sheets are not very clean 3. The sound in the room is noisy but it is in accordance with the price of Surabaya.

Absolutely inadequate. I complained about being moved, but got no response. The room was stuffy, smelly, and the mattress and sheets were dirty and stained. I requested a refund, which should have been possible if the hotel had approved it through Traveloka. I'm so tired of trusting this hotel.

The place is close to Pasar Atom and ITC, so it's easy if you want to buy snacks. The room is quite big and clean.
