The staff is very friendly, I got a discount when doing laundry ehehehe. The place is close to the South Square, just walking distance. The room is also fragrant, the AC is very cold. There is also a shared pantry, yesterday I had time to cook ramen 😂. The place is cute, beautiful, very Javanese nuance.

Good hospitality, but it's not recommended for a long stay due to storage. I have to let my things stay in my case. I like the surrounding, it's inside the palace/keraton area.

The staff is very friendly. We were welcomed, explained in detail and escorted to be shown the bedrooms and facilities available at this hotel. There is also a common kitchen where we can cook and make coffee or tea. There is also a large refrigerator. There are also 2 dining tables. The swimming pool is clean and towels are provided. For car parking inside the hotel can be enough for 3 cars with 24-hour employee security.

First time arriving, it was hard to find parking, no one was there to direct me. Luckily I booked a deluxe room so I had my own car park. The cleanliness of the bed was lacking. The soundproofing of the room was lacking, my room was near the kitchen and at night I could hear people opening and closing the kitchen drawers, which was a shock. The curtains on the windows should be added thin ones like on the door, because it's near the public area so it still feels transparent. The last one after CI by Traveloka, I had already WA confirmation & when I got there I was also asked to write down my WA number, on Traveloka I had also provided information that the CO permit was max 12.15 to pray first because I have a baby if praying outside is troublesome. At 11.56 the door was banged on, I was not comfortable with this. I often stay in hotels but have never been banged on like that, min reminded me by phone or WA.

We had an extraordinary week at the Kutus Kutus. The staff is lovely and full of good advice, especially for visits and restaurants. The room had a view of the pool, was spacious, bright and beautiful, its only flaw was the non-blackout curtains. The location of the hotel is also very pleasant, close to the centre without being noisy.
