Overall, it was really nice. The room smelled good, was clean, and was strategically located. The staff were especially helpful! 100 stars for the guy at the reception. The only downsides: the Wi-Fi was terrible, and there was no full-body mirror, so I couldn't check my outfits.

It's absolutely fantastic, and I'll definitely come back here again if I ever visit Batukaras. The staff are all incredibly kind, and the best view from the beachfront is a truly beautiful sunrise.

The beach is just a 10-minute walk, right in front of the hotel. Breakfast, while simple, is delicious. Bookings must be made well in advance, as there are only six rooms, so you'll likely have to compete for them.

The staff is friendly & helpful, there is a 150k deposit, the room is clean, the AC is cold, there are lots of cute cats and the little black one said the guy named it Eki hehehe, the bathroom is aesthetic but it lacks fragrance and sometimes mosquitoes come into the room if the door is left open for too long, the breakfast is good but fruit should have been included with the main course menu, but it was only available on the 2nd day. But overall it's okay for a choice of accommodation while in Batu Karas, directly in front of the beach

Bad service: You need to hire competent staff and implement policies that ensure customer satisfaction and comfort. Breakfast wasn't served because we were 15 minutes late. It was a set menu, not a buffet. Only one item and one drink were served.

The family type is really suitable for families, the bathroom is semi-outdoor. If I go to Batu Karas again, I will definitely stay here again.

Love the design of the room and bathroom and the hotel area, feels like Bali. The room key is a bit hard to lock, maybe next time it can be fixed. The shower is not warm.
