The room is not too small, just right, suitable for sleeping and getting ready to go out in the city center of Saigon, of course you get what you pay for, with such a location, it is very convenient to go to hot spots in Saigon, but not for relaxation. The room is basic, we could not use wifi, minus 3 points because wifi is very necessary, although we informed the staff to come and check and fix it, it still could not be used, a waste of money :)) Overall, it is okay, 7.5/10

Clean and comfortable room, central hotel, reasonable price

I booked a room for a relative, the room was on the 9th floor. When I received the room card, I couldn't open the door. The first time I went down to report that the staff didn't come up to help, but asked the guest to come up and open the door himself. My family had to wait outside the room for a long time. The second time I went down, luckily I met the security guard and asked him to come up and open the door for me, but he couldn't. He went down to report to the receptionist before he came up to help. The first time the staff said yes and came back, this time bye.

I booked a room (paid upon check-in at the hotel) for 4 days and attached the credit card payment information according to the attached conditions, Traveloka issued a voucher via email for confirmation. However, when I arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 pm, the receptionist informed me that my room was canceled because I had not paid yet and when the receptionist contacted me to confirm (this afternoon) but did not answer the phone. I found the reason extremely unreasonable, in addition, there was no call from the hotel in the call list. The hotel also did not have any satisfactory response information, I had to find another hotel right after that. The experience was too bad, the hotel was really irresponsible, disregarding customers.

I live on the 9th floor, the highest floor, convenient for traveling to Ham Nghi, where I need to move. The bathroom is a bit old, there are many ants crawling, the first day the towel was too worn, should be replaced. The receptionist is friendly. I will come back if I have the chance.

I chose a standard room, which was small and had no windows. But because I only needed a place to sleep and shower, the plus points were that it was quiet and the bathroom was clean. The hotel also supported early check-in and check-out. It was close to the central districts of the city, not too far away. Next time I go to Ho Chi Minh City, I will still choose Ohana.
