We love the location with the surrounding area, a mix between high tall buildings with hawkers stalls. Unique experiences. We love the lobby, the room and the food, the pool, the staffs and everything about the hotel. Tried in-dining room, the foods are so tasty. The lobby is amazing with the view and ambiance and we love the room so much. It's clean, functional, good view, linen is soft. This becomes our home to come back whenever we are at KL.

The location is not far from Pavilion Bukit Bintang and TRX. But the path to Bukit Bintang is uphill, so not recommended for the elderly. The room is nice and clean.

The staff was super good and I will surely return to this hotel on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Super great location..best hospitality but for breakfast spread not so much varieties but after taste still great..bear in mind parking have to pay RM18 for hotel guest, if you are so luck, the staff will validate it FOC!

Recommended this hotel. It’s in the middle of Bukit Bintang and TRX Exchange, by walking distance just 5 minutes away. Might repeat in the future. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Clean room and clean bathroom.

Everything is just perfect.. but the locker and Sauna didn’t work though.

The location is quite strategic and close to several places I wanted to visit. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.

This year I visited KL twice, in April and in October, and Capri Hotel is always my choice to stay during my visit to KL🥰.

It was a very pleasant stay in Capri, close to local eateries and a mall. All staff were friendly, the security are friendly and can provide input on transportation to go to tourist attractions.

Close to Pavilion / TRX, one of the good hotels, must come back next time.

Nice hotel, clean dan good location.

The hotel's location is strategic to the city center, just a 3-minute walk to TRX mall, also close to the Bukit Bintang pavilion. The rooms are clean, the facilities are complete, there is a laundry room with a comfortable waiting room, you can play PS, play games, the pool is very beautiful.

I surprised my kids by staying one night in here. Kids love the hotel, and all is good. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I love the big bathroom. We definitely will be back again.

Overall this hotel is very recommended although the meal were not too good and the receptionist at 40th floors, we love this hotel because very close to TRX and close to Pavilion and all attraction in Bukit Bintang, it has small kitchen even without stove, hotel provide washing and dryer with token RM 38, the gym & swimming pool, great designed room
