The hotel is okay, close to West Lake and the airport, pretty good.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It was quiet. The only downside was that they didn't provide drinking water.

When we checked in, the receptionist said we could only stay for 3 people while we booked a room for 4 people. Then the receptionist called someone back, I don't know if it was the manager or someone else, but they said the same thing and asked us to take a photo of the information on the app, which took us an hour to get to the room, and it was already late. But when we checked out 8 minutes late, we were charged an additional 100k. In the room, there were only 2 toothbrushes, 2 pillows, no water, and little toilet paper while the room was for 4 people. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. As for the receptionist, he was very nice, after a few days of staying, he even lent us a knife and a raincoat.

Had a 2-night stay - room was spacious and clean. Comes with a washing machine, cooker, and microwave. The receptionist is friendly and the night guard is very helpful. The alley is big, a car can go in for pickup.

Ít nhất cũng có 1 chai nước chứ trời. Nhận phòng khuya khát nước không có được 1 miếng nước uống phải đợi sáng mai mới đi mua được
