The check-in process took a long time, the room wasn't ready even though I'd paid through the app and had to wait hours to get the key, which was quite a long time. I was looking for comfort, but instead I was made to wait for the room. Time kept going by without any certainty whether the room was ready or not. I was moved back and forth to a temporary room because the room I originally booked wasn't ready. The hotel area was not very orderly, with lots of noisy children screaming and riding the elevator up and down. The bedroom was still not very clean because the fabric was dusty and stained, as if the sheets hadn't been changed. The security service was quite good, but everything else was terrible.

There's a rat in the deluxe room. Too many ornaments make it look unappealing, too crowded with statues.

Room service needs to be improved. The staff are very slow and sometimes don't bring what's requested. Room amenities are still sometimes missing, like hand towels, soap, tissues, etc. They forget to refill them or something. Thanks.

Everything was nice and comfortable. The only thing lacking was room service. For example, I called to request a hand towel, but it wasn't brought.

Deluxe room, 3 days, 2 nights, with two breakfasts. The first breakfast was served directly at the restaurant. The second à la carte breakfast was delivered to the room, with the delivery time notified the night before. The food was delicious... The room was nice, with a prayer mat and a Quran inside.
