When I checked in, they said the deposit would be transferred back at the night of check-out. After a few days, it was not transferred back. I had to ask for it again and again. They were not proactive.

First time trying this apartment, and woww.. got a unit with a cool ambience.. the service is also satisfying. When I first entered, there was a complaint that the living room TV wouldn't turn on, it was immediately replaced with a new TV. Each room is complete with an air purifier 👏🏼 ready for the next staycation..

overall very good. starting from the location that is accessible by public transportation (transjakarta). then the room is comfy and clean. the kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a microwave, there is also a washing machine that works well. dining table and bed that fits 3 people. clean bathroom and complete equipment. there is also an iron. the view from the 10th floor is also very good. inside the hotel there is a family mart, a little walk to the next tower there is an Indomart. permission, it's a bit difficult to access the door which may need to be fixed, because the motorbike is slow, so the automatic lock is a bit slow. the rest is very good, thank you.

First time staying here and in an apartment. The unit is nice with an okay interior design, clean, complete room facilities, the response/service of the owner and staff are also friendly. The apartment facilities are complete, there is a swimming pool, jogging track, children's playground and Family Mart. It did feel complicated at first because it was different from a hotel, you have to pay for parking, clean your own room, register for additional access to the swimming pool, and put a deposit. But with all the good and pleasant impressions, overall, I am satisfied staying here and will book again for a longer staycation with my family. 💗

Best place for staycation. Parking max IDR 50k per day, facility quite OK. Limited access to outdoor pool.
