I've been a customer since NS first opened, and I once received a souvenir from NS Hotel. As usual, the hotel staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. However, I was disappointed upon check-in and wanted to move rooms. Please, room 222. The TV is sometimes blurry and unclear, and the door is very heavy to open.

Everything was fine. The air conditioning was cool, and the food was pretty good. The cereal milk could probably be replaced with full-cream milk for a better taste.

Good place and comfortable place

There was a dead cockroach in my non-smoking room. The staff was very quick to clean it up, but it turned out there was another live cockroach. Initially, they only explained that the type of room I wanted was only available on the 1st floor, which was surrounded by drains/sewers. I finally asked to be moved to the 2nd floor, but it was a smoking room. I'd rather wait for the smoking room to smell better than sleep soundly because of the cockroaches. Moving to the 2nd floor, behind the TV, there was a hole in the wall like the one in the photo. The bathroom area looked like it hadn't been cleaned often, with a lot of scale around the glass divider between the sink and shower area.

The cleanliness is a bit lacking, especially under the mattress. Please sweep and mop it, as there are water stains, it's a bit sticky, and it's still dusty.

The soap and shampoo were empty, not checked before guests checked in. Requests for food delivery were not delivered. The service needs to be improved.

The room was cool and spacious. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👍

Good service, strategic location.

Check-out was at 12:00 PM, but from 10:50 AM, they had been warning me and knocking on my room. Not just once, but several times. Even though I had already told housekeeping I wanted to check out at 12:00 PM, she had already agreed. Then, a few moments later, at 11:30 AM, she knocked on the door and opened it. It was very rude, as my wife and I were still inside. I was very disappointed at that time.
