The hotel arbitrarily transferred guests to another hotel and the facility was very bad.

We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. As explained to you, due to the number of bookings is too fast and our hotel has not been locked on Traveloka system yet and you book very close to check.in time again, because we know that if we refuse the room for you Guests, we guarantee you will not be able to find a bedroom on Saturday in Chau Doc City. By our relationship we have contacted hotels of the same star class for you. If up to this point you still can't let go and still insist on giving our hotel a low rating, then we have nothing more to say.
