This accommodation is not for non-families or married couples. People of different genders are not allowed in the same room unless they are family. Family members are also required to take a photo before entering. Guests cannot be welcomed into the room. Guests are only allowed on the front porch of the accommodation. So this accommodation is only suitable for families. Meals are not allowed in the room and are self-service. It's similar to a hostel. Tea and coffee are provided free flow.

The hotel concept is without a TV and without a refrigerator in the room, the stairs on each floor are narrow and there is only one access for going up and down, perhaps the price per room can be adjusted to be cheaper.

I was drawn to the property by the photos in the ad, but it turns out it's really that nice in person. Besides being clean, tidy, and beautiful, the service is friendly and responsive. I'll never forget the warmth of morning tea and coffee accompanied by the chirping of canaries. As a suggestion, perhaps having breakfast included would be even more convenient.

With a price of around 700, it is not recommended because you can't eat in the room, you have to go to the 2nd floor specifically for eating and it doesn't feel free to stay in a boarding house, there is no TV either.
